Each service you offer will typically becomes its own workflow. Keep in mind, 1 service can have multiple packages (ex: Branding & Web Design are different services, but each service has Silver and Gold package options). Even if 2 services have similar steps, different templates will be needed. Additional workflows can be added on later if needed.
